1. What if I have dietary restrictions?

You are not required to use the recipes offered, but rather the principles being taught. You can honor your dietary restrictions and still succeed. I am here to help you with swaps as needed.

2. What if I don't like the recipes or don't want to eat something listed?

You don't need to eat anything you don't like. The recipes are suggestions and provided to give you ideas. The focus is on eating whole, unprocessed foods so many swaps can be made. I'll help you every step of the way.

3. What if I've never worked out before?

I will meet you right where you are and help you start getting more movement into your routine. No worries at all!

4. What if I don't have a gym membership or access to equipment?

You don't need a gym membership, just your body and some dumbbells. If you don't have any dumbbells, I can give you a substitute body weight movement.

5.. Am I guaranteed to lose weight?

Due to a variety of factors including past dieting history, it's hard to know how your body will respond. I can't guarantee you'll lose weight but I KNOW that if you follow the plan closely, you will set yourself up for success!
